The topic of this meeting was “What do I like about my neighborhood”. We went around and everyone said what they liked. No negatives were allowed. The general consensus was that their neighborhoods are friendly, people know their neighbors, kids play outside, we are close to the Church, and we can enjoy our front porches as a social gathering place.
The meeting in May will take up the other side of this and ask, “What I don’t like about my neighborhood”. A suggestion was that everyone be asked to write down two or three sentences and then we can address these problems at the June meeting.
The next meeting will be May 12th at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting adjourned with a motion by Mickey Bahr.
