PROPOSAL TO AMEND BY-LAWS We have felt for some time that the size of our neighborhood group is too big. We are much bigger than any other neighborhood group in Kansas City, Kansas. As a result, we aren’t as effective as we could be.

 The following is a proposed change in the boundaries of our area. As a group, we need to vote on this change to our by-laws. We will vote on this change at the February 9, 2011 meeting of our neighborhood group.

 CURRENT: Article 3—Membership---Regular membership—Any person residing, owning a business or working within the area of 12th street west to 22nd street, and the area between Central Avenue and Minnesota Avenue is eligible for regular membership.

PROPOSED CHANGE: Any person residing or owning a business with the area of 12th Street west to 22nd Street and the area between Grandview to Armstrong is eligible for membership.
